Head Chef

Chef Jamie Fernandez' Photo Original photo from (http://www.frenchpastryschool.com/about/bio/1782/jacquy-pfeiffer)

Jamie Fernandez found his passion for cooking at an early age. He’s been cooking up a storm with his grandmother Maria since he was a child. Grandma Maria taught him the value of patience and perseverance in the kitchen which he has been ever grateful. These values helped him through his education at the International Culinary Centre. He graduated top of his class in 1985. He spent 12 years expanding his culinary expertise in diverse restaurants such as Antoine’s Restaurant (New Orleans), Tadich Grill (San Francisco), and Jing Fong (New York). He created Seasoning Shack with the aim of catering delicious food to Torontonians inspired by his diverse background and experience.

Don’t be a stranger, stop by the Seasoning Shack to enjoy the wonderful meals and meet Jamie!
